This policy applies to all products purchased on CreativeGaleria.com, including original artworks and prints, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without providing any reason. The 14‑day withdrawal period starts from the day the product is delivered to you. To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by contacting us at ?????.

3. Return Procedure

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw/return:

  • Timing: You must return the product within 14 days from the date of your withdrawal notice.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in original condition and in the original packaging (or packaging of equivalent protective quality). Artworks are fragile; if an item is returned damaged due to poor packaging by the customer, we reserve the right to deduct the loss in value from the refund or deny the refund entirely.

  • Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item was defective or incorrect upon arrival.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the art. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

  • Customs Declaration (Important): For international returns (e.g., from EU to US), please mark the package clearly as "RETURNED GOODS" on the commercial invoice and customs declaration. Any customs duties charged to us due to incorrect labeling will be deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds

Once we receive the returned item and inspect its condition:

  • A refund will be issued within 14 days of receipt.

  • Refunds include the price paid for the product and standard outbound shipping costs (if applicable).

  • Refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

5. Non‑Returnable Items and Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Personalized or made‑to‑order artworks (Commissions).

  • Digital goods once delivery has started.

  • Items clearly marked as “Final Sale” at checkout.

6. Damaged or Defective Items
